Here are a few notes about how to access the messages
You can receive information about updates to messages via an RSS feed, email and now on Facebook.
Thanks to a suggestion for a tech savvy member, you will now be able to subscribe to our messages. A link to the audio messages will be in Site News. You can select to be notified when updates are made either via an RSS feed or via email by clicking here and subscribing (you need to have an ID on our site in order for this to work). If you're a Facebook user, you can click "Like" on the website or on Facebook and receive updates that way.
If you prefer to listen without subscribing, you can click on the icon that looks like a speaker to access the file immediately.
